A. Basic Matters

1. In the following terms, "PH Ranking" is referred to as "Party A," while the purchaser or client is referred to as "Party B." By browsing this website or ordering services from this website, Party B indicates that they fully understand and agree to accept all terms of service and disclaimers on this website.

2. The services provided by Party A, including traffic sources, are conducted legally and with proper authorization. Party A will not disclose Party B's website information to any third party.

3. Party B must not use Party A's services for actions that violate the relevant website usage regulations. If losses occur due to violations of these regulations, terms, or laws, Party A will not be held responsible and will not provide a refund.

4. Party A is committed to protecting Party B's interests. Party B should avoid disclosing personal information to third parties to safeguard their privacy rights.

5. Party A owns all the information on this website. Without Party A's written consent, Party B is not allowed to distribute, copy, or transfer the information. Otherwise, Party A reserves the right to pursue responsibility and claim compensation.

6. Party A's traffic services only accept orders from legal websites, such as blogs, personal or business websites, and landing pages owned by Party B. Party B must ensure that their website meets the following standards: 1. Does not contain violent or illegal content or content that violates public order and good morals; 2. Is not an ad shortening website, such as Adf.ly, Linkbucks, Adfoc.us, etc.; 3. Does not automatically force downloads of files and is not a website lacking HTML or content; 4. Does not violate the legal regulations of the country in which it operates; 5. Does not spread viruses; 6. Does not accept direct links to YouTube videos or personal pages, except for videos embedded in websites or blogs.

7. If the URL submitted by Party B uses SSL, they must ensure the legality and validity of the SSL certificate. Party A does not accept expired SSL certificates or URLs using SSLv3 (Poodle vulnerability) to ensure information security.

8. Party A reserves the right to review Party B's website. If it is found that the website may cause harm to third parties, Party A has the right to refuse service at any time.

9. Party B agrees not to use other similar or identical services within one month before and during the use of Party A's services to ensure the stability of the ordered traffic. If this clause is violated, Party A has the right to suspend or terminate the service without providing a refund.

10. Based on the principle of good faith, Party A is committed to providing quality services to Party B. Party B agrees that once payment is completed, no disputes or refund requests will be made for any reason (such as delays in delivery time or other issues).

B. Terms of Service

1. Party A does not guarantee that all services will fully meet Party B's needs and does not bear any explicit or implicit warranty responsibility for the applicability of the service, nor does it guarantee that there will be no defects in the websites associated with the service or that they will be immediately corrected.

2. Party B must provide the purchaser's information and the import URL within three days after payment and ensure the accuracy of the data. After submitting the order, the URL cannot be changed. If Party B fails to provide the information within three days, it is considered a voluntary waiver of the order, and a refund cannot be requested.

3. Party B agrees that after purchasing traffic services and starting to receive traffic, Party A will provide traffic analysis reports certified by goo.gl, Yoro, or Gemy as a basis for traffic settlement.

4. After the order is established, Party B may not change the order content. If Party B requests an upgrade or cancellation of the order, it must be completed within 48 hours before the service starts, and a handling fee of 10% of the order amount must be paid; if it exceeds 48 hours, a 50% handling fee must be paid. Party B may not object to this.

5. If Party A fails to meet the agreed traffic quantity in the order, Party B may request a refund. If Party A fails to complete the traffic settlement amount, Party B may request a refund based on the traffic situation within 30 days before the traffic settlement deadline. If the traffic does not reach half of the agreed amount in the order, Party A will fully refund the amount; if the traffic has been supplemented, no refund will be provided.

6. After receiving the order information provided by Party B, Party A will start the service on schedule. If Party B requests the cancellation of the service but fails to provide relevant proof or response, Party A has the right to terminate the service and not provide a refund.

7. Party B agrees that to protect Party B's privacy and interests, if automatic payments are canceled, the order number and related information must be provided, and the cancellation can only be completed after Party A confirms it. Otherwise, the cancellation process is deemed unsuccessful, and the order will automatically renew and charge, and a refund cannot be requested.

8. If Party B's payment fails due to personal or other factors, causing an interruption in traffic, this order is not subject to the refund guarantee. Party B must apply for the restoration of traffic after the payment is successful, and the order will automatically renew and continue to provide services until the traffic is supplemented. Party B may not request a refund. If Party A suffers any losses, Party A has the right to claim compensation.

9. All official website plans are subscription-based. When ordering, Party B agrees to automatic payment and renewal. If Party B does not apply for cancellation or change of the plan 48 hours before the next payment date, it is considered that Party B agrees to renew, and a refund cannot be requested.

10. Party B may apply to stop the traffic service within 30 days before the traffic stops. If Party B requests the restoration of the stopped service before the next reorder, Party A will not accept the request, and no refund will be provided.

11. Party B is aware that the automatic renewal service is a periodic fixed-fee deduction. If periodic payments are not made or if payment fails for any reason, the third-party platform will attempt to collect payment again without further notice. If the service is suspended, Party B must contact Party A with the order number to restore the traffic, and a refund cannot be requested.

12. The exclusive goo.gl link originally provided by Party A will be replaced with other international short URL services starting from 2018-04-08 for traffic observation and settlement purposes. If the short URL is deleted after creation, this is not due to Party A's fault, and Party A is not responsible for refunds or compensation.

13. Party B agrees that after purchasing services on this website, if the service is suspended and the original plan service cannot be fulfilled, Party A will provide a contingency plan within three working days. Party B must reply within five days; otherwise, a refund cannot be requested.

14. If Party B submits a non-internationally certified short URL such as bit.ly, Party B agrees that Party A may not provide an analysis report and will only rely on system traffic notification emails as a basis, or Party A will automatically replace it with an internationally certified short URL.

15. If Party B's use of this service causes Party A to be investigated or prosecuted by third parties or administrative agencies, Party A has the right to require Party B to bear all compensation responsibilities on their behalf.

16. If for any reason, Party A is unable to continue providing the service, Party A has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate the service, and Party B may not request any compensation as a result.

17. Party A will protect Party B's personal data in accordance with European and American personal data protection regulations. Party B must comply with the regulations and must not record any information on the website or third parties that can identify Party B to protect their anonymity and legal rights. If Party B or third parties violate privacy regulations, Party A is not responsible, and Party B must bear all losses and compensation responsibilities. Party A does not provide refunds and has the right to suspend or terminate the service.

18. Party B agrees that when purchasing traffic services, if the website provided by Party B cannot use goo.gl or Gemy short URLs, or displays error messages, Party A has the right not to provide short URL services. The service is considered complete once Party A sends an email, and no refund or compensation responsibility will be provided.

19. If Party B's website cannot use goo.gl, Yoro, or Gemy short URLs, or if the short URL provided by Party B is incorrect, causing the traffic to not meet the order specifications, Party A will not provide a refund and will not supplement the traffic. Party B must bear all related responsibilities.

20. Party A does not bear any warranty responsibility, whether direct or indirect, for the use of Party B's services or the results produced.

21. If due to technical or other force majeure factors, Party A is unable to complete the traffic order on time, Party A will make every effort to make up the traffic or provide other remedial measures. If Party B does not accept the remedial plan, Party A will refund the service fee for the incomplete portion at its discretion, but will not assume any additional liability for compensation.

22. The services provided by Party A involve data statistics or traffic analysis from third-party platforms. If a third-party platform modifies its data calculation methods or discontinues services for any reason, Party A shall not be held responsible for any service discrepancies or data changes resulting from such modifications, and Party B shall not request a refund on these grounds.

23. Party B is responsible for properly safeguarding the login credentials and related information required for using Party A’s services. Party A is not liable for any account theft or data leakage resulting from Party B’s failure to safeguard this information.

24. Party A provides the highest quality service to you and may need to verify order-related issues with Party B. Party B must respond within 48 hours. If Party B fails to provide information or respond within this time frame, Party A reserves the right to cancel or terminate the service without further notice.

25. If Party B violates any part of the terms or fails to make payment due to their own reasons without notifying Party A to cancel the order, Party A reserves the right to recover from Party B any additional services provided, including but not limited to extra traffic or any other services beyond the order, or any losses suffered by Party A. Party B must repay five times the value of the extra services, without objection.

26. Party B agrees that by placing an order, they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of service of this site. The detailed implementation of the terms will be based on Party A’s final interpretation. Party A reserves the right to modify or change the content of the site’s services and terms, or to suspend or terminate the services at any time, without further notice, in order to provide the latest and highest quality service.

27. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree that the courts of London, England and Wales, shall have jurisdiction over the first instance, and Party B agrees to bear all costs, including but not limited to litigation fees, derivative expenses, and legal fees.
